- The hotel room was very clean and spacious, with great amenities like a kettle that gets restocked daily and a fridge with water and apple juice. The bed was super comfy, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night’s sleep.
- Location-wise, it’s perfect! Just a few minutes’ walk to the old town, making it ideal for exploring. While it’s near the red light area, you can easily avoid it if you’re not interested.
- If you’re looking for breakfast options, there are plenty of cafes nearby since we found the hotel breakfast to be quite pricey!
- I would likely stay here again if I ever visit Nuremberg; overall, it was a solid experience.
- The room was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. We had an amazing dining experience at their restaurant for both breakfast and dinner!
- They also offer car parking for just 14 euros per day, which is pretty reasonable.
- However, I did have an unfortunate encounter with one receptionist named Farida who wasn’t very friendly or helpful regarding our reservations. It felt off compared to my experiences in other Holiday Inns.
- On the flip side, another staff member named Asteneh provided outstanding service—he really made us feel welcome!
- The location is great but be prepared for some noise at night due to nearby entertainment venues. The accommodations were comfortable enough, plus check-in was quick!
- Being close to the city center makes getting around on foot super easy!
- A negative experience with an older female employee really overshadowed our stay. She insisted we pay for breakfast we didn’t even eat before allowing us to leave.
- This kind of unkindness can really impact your trip—it’s disappointing when one person affects the overall vibe of the hotel.
- The accommodation is clean and well-located inside the castle area—great for sightseeing! The bedding is comfortable too.
- Just keep in mind that accessing the hotel from where FlixBus drops you off involves navigating some tricky stone pavement with your luggage.
