Amazing service and friendly, professional staff! I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel Chicago. Lydia was incredibly helpful in selecting a room with a beautiful river view, and it was heartwarming that she remembered me from my last visit. This hotel truly feels like home for me in Chicago!
Centrally located with spacious accommodations. The room was perfect for our group of three, featuring two queen beds and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. However, while housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, the front desk staff could have been more engaging during check-out.
Perfect location within walking distance to attractions! The hotel is clean, quiet, and has friendly staff – everything you want for a pleasant stay in the city.
Kind and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Miriam! Just keep in mind that breakfast is now A La Carte instead of buffet-style. The food was delicious though! The rooms are spacious but some amenities felt slightly outdated.
A bit pricey but definitely worth it! With clean rooms and easy access to major landmarks, this hotel offers great value for your money.
