- Great location and staff, plus a super comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our time here.
- Beautiful old hotel with charming lobby decor. The room was spacious with amazing views from the Juliet balcony. Staff were friendly and professional, and it’s just a short walk to the train station and Christmas Markets!
- The hotel’s prime location is fantastic, but unfortunately, it lacks its own restaurant. Breakfast options could be better for a 4-star hotel—especially for vegans looking for more variety.
- I had a lovely one-night stay at the Carlton after arriving on Eurostar from London. It’s only a short walk from both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders stations, plus the room was spacious with an exceptionally comfy bed!
