- Will return again – Many guests express their desire to come back, which says a lot about the overall experience!
- The hotel staff are very friendly. From the security personnel to the front desk, everyone is warm and welcoming. Plus, there are plenty of food establishments nearby, including MR DIY and AEON PERMAS JAYA.
- First time staying at Renaissance and I can say definitely worth the money spent. The location is fantastic, and cleanliness is top-notch with exceptional service throughout your stay.
- Good facilities, spacious room, and well-trained staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and quality—definitely a place to revisit!
- The rooms, toilets, and facilities are all clean. A special shoutout to the receptionist with the grey tudung who was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful with inquiries and requests!
