Best Review Summary [Detailed Review Scores] • Cleanliness 8.9 • Value for money 8.5 • Service 8.4 • Facilities 8.0 The hotel is quite new and offers a shuttle bus service from Macau Airport and Taipa Ferry port, which is super convenient for travelers. The Chinese buffet breakfast has more dish options compared to the Western buffet breakfast, making it a delightful way to start your day! However, there’s no shuttle bus to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Port, so keep that in mind when planning your transport. A little downside is that the TV volume adjustment in the restroom was broken during my stay. The USB charging at the desk didn’t work either, which was a bummer since we rely on our devices so much these days. The room itself is clean and spacious; however, it connects to another room with a door in between. The sound insulation isn’t great—so you might hear your neighbors chatting away. Overall, the room is nicely equipped with L’Occitane products that really add a touch of luxury! A couple of cons include no direct shuttle between major ports and the hotel, plus an initial strong smell of cigarette smoke when entering the room. The sheets and blankets were quite itchy for me. Also, air conditioning was uneven; one bed had cool air blowing directly while the other felt stuffy. It got pretty uncomfortable at night! The water pressure in the bathroom was weak too, making showers less enjoyable than expected. 3. Hotel Policies Check-in starts at 3:00 PM – This is crucial for planning your arrival. Breakfast charge (unless included in room price) is 126.5 HKD – Important if you’re planning on dining in-house. The property opened in 2021 – Indicates modern facilities and amenities. There are a total of 164 rooms available – Helps gauge the size and potential crowd during your stay. The indoor swimming pool is currently closed for maintenance – Definitely something to consider if you were looking forward to a swim!
