The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it’s connected to the Pacific Place mall. Through the mall, you can easily access the Admiralty MTR station.
The newly refurbished rooms are spacious, which is a big plus since many new hotels in Hong Kong tend to have smaller sizes.
Service was recommended and overall good during my stay.
However, I personally won’t be returning for another visit.
Overall experience was awesome!

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, which gives you a bit of time to explore the area before settling in.
Check-out is until 12:00 PM, so you can enjoy a leisurely morning without rushing.
The hotel is located just 0.1 Km from the city center, making it super convenient for sightseeing.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport, which is great for planning your departure.
The airport transfer fee is 2100 HKD; it’s good to know if you’re not renting a car.
Breakfast costs an additional 372 HKD unless it’s included in your room rate—definitely worth checking!
The hotel has been open since 1991 and was recently renovated in 2023, so you can expect modern amenities.
There are a total of 557 rooms spread across 56 floors, giving guests plenty of options for accommodations.
The hotel features 8 restaurants and one bar/lounge—perfect for dining experiences without having to leave the property!

Children are welcome, but extra beds depend on the room type chosen.

The gym is available 24 hours, allowing you to stay active during your stay!

Be aware that from January 1, 2025, there will be a Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) of 3% on room rates.

The Island Shangri-La is located just 3.8 km from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, making airport transfers super convenient.
It’s situated in the heart of Hong Kong, surrounded by stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the Peak.
You can easily explore nearby attractions like the Hong Kong Park, which is perfect for a peaceful stroll or a picnic with family.
