  • I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the venue for my business trip. Although I had a similar experience last year, I found that hotels in Paris often struggle with air conditioning. This time, it was so cold that I had to request a portable heater, but their response was quick! The breakfast was quite substantial and tasty, though it did get a bit monotonous after several days. One thing to note is that even though I prepaid through Agoda, they still took a deposit at check-in, which surprised me since it was a large amount. On the bright side, the firm bed really helped with my lower back pain.
  • Great rooms and very helpful service from the staff! While there are no major facilities, we hardly spent much time in the hotel anyway.
  • With such high prices around $900 per night, my room unfortunately had issues like weak shower pressure and an unreliable water heater. The toilet also wasn’t functioning properly. Even though I mentioned these problems to the staff, nothing could be done about them. However, the location is fantastic as you can easily walk to major shopping areas like Galeries Lafayette!
  • The mention of our honeymoon provided us with fantastic room service for free! All of the hotel’s facilities were clean and luxurious; plus, it’s nice that they cleaned our room each time we stepped out.
  • I was initially worried because the hotel seemed small, but the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and breakfast exceeded my expectations! I’m definitely planning to return to Hyatt Madeleine for my next trip.
