The Garden Pod at Gardens by the Bay is such a charming little spot! It has this cozy vibe with clean aesthetics and lovely wood accents. While it’s a bit snug since it’s made from a shipping container, it still manages to be cute and functional. With a king bed, a queen Murphy bed upstairs, and even a sofa that can turn into another bed, you can comfortably fit up to six people. Plus, the view of bamboo trees adds an enchanting touch that’s different from typical city skylines. Just wish it was a tad cheaper for what you get!
Celebrating my 21st birthday here was amazing! The space was spacious enough for all my family and friends. The greenery around created such a comforting atmosphere; I felt so peaceful throughout the celebration.
Our stay at the Garden Pod was fantastic! The location right next to the gardens couldn’t have been better, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Everything was spotless, and we loved having hot water in our pod. The garden surroundings made our sleep feel extra tranquil.
The pod itself is unique but there were some downsides during our stay. Unfortunately, we encountered flies and large ants inside which made things uncomfortable. Also, soundproofing wasn’t great – we could hear kids stomping around early in the morning which disrupted our sleep.
A group of four recently enjoyed staying in Juniper garden pod! We absolutely loved how they used upcycled shipping containers surrounded by trees and small gardens – it felt serene and peaceful. However, it would be nice if they offered more options for larger groups since each container only accommodates four adults.
Some concerns included issues with toilet drainage causing wet floors after showers, plus we spotted a small cockroach in the living area – probably due to its design with floor-to-ceiling windows making it easier for pests to come in.
Also noted that there was only one king-size quilt provided on level two, leaving those on the pull-down queen bed without any blanket. Overall though, we truly enjoyed our stay!
A special shoutout to Lorraine for her wonderful hospitality; she was patient and detailed during check-in! And don’t forget to grab your free parking coupon if you’re driving!
