- The staff at Boscolo Nice Hotel & Spa are incredibly friendly and helpful, making your stay feel welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is prime, right near shopping areas and sightseeing spots, plus it’s just steps away from the tramway!
- If you’re looking for a spacious and clean room, this hotel delivers on that front. However, be aware of some hiccups with reception staff when checking in or out; it can take longer than expected due to paperwork issues.
- While my husband and I were excited about our stay, we encountered some maintenance issues like a broken chair in our room and tough pillows that needed replacing. Thankfully, the staff addressed these concerns promptly after we brought them up.
- The rooftop swimming pool is definitely a highlight of the hotel! But keep in mind that overall maintenance seems to be lacking in other areas; some equipment was dirty or broken during our visit.
