No pets allowed. No smoking, parties, or events permitted. Check-in time is from 3PM to 2AM (next day) and check-out by 12PM (noon). No shoes are allowed inside the house. Parties are not allowed after 10PM. Barbecuing on the balcony is prohibited. A deposit of RM150 will be collected via online transfer before check-in and refunded on the same day after check-out. All guests above age 18 must have completed two doses of vaccination at least 14 days prior to arrival. MySejahtera health risk status and digital vaccination certificate are required for check-in registration. The guest list provided by the host must be filled out after booking and cannot be changed once submitted. Guests who are not fully vaccinated will not receive a refund if they cannot check in.
