- Staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to maintenance team were professional, courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, the rooms were not up to our Hilton expectations. There were issues with plumbing, cold water was out and toilet did not flush properly. We had several spiders in the rooms, and two of us woke up with spider bites. The elevator also had issues; the door would not stay closed.
- The facility is so old, the carpets and rooms need an upgrade. The tub and faucet were hard to turn on. Don’t forget to bring your own stuff if you decide to stay here, because they only provided a bar of soap and a little bottle of shampoo. My back hurt after sleeping on the bed! Make sure breakfast is included when booking your room; otherwise, it’s an extra $30.

- I was surprised to get a water view from my window. Beautiful sunrise! Rooms and hotel were very clean. Just 1 block from NASA Space Center with great water pressure. Oddly enough, there were 2 beds that seemed small and no lamp next to the bed.
