- Car Park Location Not Explained Properly. After checking in, the guard instructed us to park at a specific location according to our unit number, but no map or guidance was provided.
- Staff was rude. The guard at the entrance was unfriendly and unhelpful when we asked for assistance with locating the car park.
- A Loud Noise From The Air Conditioner. A disruptive noise occurred every 1-2 minutes while sleeping, making it difficult to rest in that room.
- Bidet In The Master Room Was Leaking. The bidet leaked when turned on and was not repaired during our stay.
- Ceiling light/lamp Was Noticed Detached and Hanging. This posed a safety hazard as it could fall and injure someone in the toilet area.
- Swimming pool That Look Nice But Not Very Convenient to access. Accessing the pool required leaving our building and walking a considerable distance, which was inconvenient.
- Corridor Floor In The Unit was dirty. The corridor leading outside was sandy and unclean, necessitating the use of slippers indoors due to cleanliness concerns.
- Wifi password and Id Were Provided, but Instructions Were Lacking. We were not informed about how to turn on the modem and router located under the TV.
- The Fan Remote Not Working Properly. The remote needed batteries from another device, yet still did not function correctly for adjusting fan speed.
- It is clean, spacious enough for small family… Though the interior design differed from advertisements, it met basic needs for a short stay, including essential appliances like a microwave and fridge.
- The homestay was very clean and comfortable… However, swimming pool access had strict rules that were not communicated beforehand by the property owner.
- Some property management rules were inconvenient… Only one car can enter the property; additional vehicles must park far away, which is challenging for older individuals. Additionally, there were issues with security due to a malfunctioning main door lock.
- The family suite is very spacious and clean… Despite air conditioning issues in some rooms, my daughter enjoyed the nearby kid’s swimming pool, which is conveniently close to Kinta Aeon.
