- Thank you Grand Keisha for the stay experience. Quick check-in process, friendly staff, responsive valet parking service.
- The room smells nice, neat and clean, the AC is cold, hot water is available.
- Complete amenities. There is a hairdryer.
- A lot of breakfast menu options. And everything is delicious.. this is great for a stay at that price. There is instant vermicelli too.. herbal drink. The Java noodles are tasty.. the rice is really like at an angkringan.
- The restaurant staff provides good and friendly service. Dirty plates and glasses are cleaned up quickly.
- Suggestion: Maybe the towels in the bathroom need to be replaced.. they are already worn out..
- I enjoyed staying here. The hotel is luxurious, clean, and full service. I came here with my small family and parents; they are all happy. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious, they even offered to bring the pastries to my room.
- The car was also brought to me, no need to get tired going to the parking lot. All the staff are very friendly Overall it’s good.
- But the kids’ area is a bit lacking, maybe in the future there could be a comfortable playground area for the kids. The swimming pool is also a bit small, so when it’s crowded, swimming isn’t very comfortable.
- As the subject all awesome, such as your New Year eve dinner; although some dishes lacked flavor like grilled fish and seafood (maybe need marinate more longer), buffet was ok but all cleanliness of your food stall were nice.
- Your host should have informed me about my reserved table because we initially had to eat standing due to no available tables.
- I apologize for critiquing one aspect; your restaurant needs to fix its exhaust because every time I exited after breakfast my clothes smelled of kitchen air.
- Overall was awesome, even my kids want to come again for New Year’s Eve again. My older son wants a photo with your lady role play next year!

As an Indonesian myself I completely agree with her; service was fantastic and facilities were great—clean, modern with great views! - Make sure you include breakfast in your booking because it was superb! A lot of variety that changes daily (except porridge, soto, fritters) definitely recommended! Special thanks for Luluk who provided hot matcha every day!
