- Lovely central location, close to three different MRT stops, making it easy to get around. Lots of food and drink places around, including the famous Maxwell Food Centre and Shake Shack.
- The place itself was very clean and cozy with a medium room that had ample space and a beautiful, modern bathroom. Staff cleaned the room every 4 days, providing fresh towels and sheets during their visits.
- We faced some inconvenience with luggage as there was no elevator; lugging heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs could have been better managed with staff assistance.
- A coworking space was available downstairs, but it lacked inviting lighting and required navigating to a different building, making it less appealing for use.
- The shared kitchen was functional for basic needs like boiling water, but the laundry facilities came with additional costs that felt inconvenient.
- The pool had cleanliness issues, filled with leaves which deterred us from using it.
