[Detailed Review Scores]
• Service 9.5
• Location 9.4
• Cleanliness 9.3
• Facilities 8.8
- The hotel room was comfortable for me and my best friend sharing the same bed. It was just the right size for two people. While our room didn’t have a view and directly faced other rooms, it wasn’t a major issue—just be sure to keep the curtains closed for privacy, as rooms are quite visible from outside.
- One thing to note is that the room doesn’t use key cards to activate the lights; instead, there’s a manual switch system, which could be improved for convenience. On a very positive note, the gentleman at the reception was extremely nice, accommodating, and friendly, and it was a pleasant surprise that he spoke a bit of Tagalog.
- The location is excellent, right in the heart of the business district. It was very convenient for me, as I only had about a 5-minute walk to the office. Overall, a practical and comfortable stay with great service and an unbeatable location.
- This place truly impressed with its cleanliness and friendly staff, making the experience enjoyable. The location is fantastic, allowing for easy exploration on foot.
- While the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, the breakfast options left a bit to be desired. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant stay with all the essentials covered.
- The lobby is luxurious and beautiful without question. However, while the room and its facilities are decent enough, noise from the street can be quite disturbing, making it difficult to sleep even in early morning hours.
- The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby each morning; however, water is provided only on the first day, with refill stations available on certain floors.
- Rooms are nice; staff is good but didn’t try out the restaurant.
- All staff members from entrance to reception were very friendly and helpful. Mira Arce (Guest Services Host) deserves special mention for her detailed explanations regarding my inquiries. I give her six stars for her excellent service.
