🍽️ Best Review Summary
• Service 9.3 • Cleanliness 9.0 • Value for money 8.8 • Location 8.7
- Very nice hotel great location very clean.
- Really Nice and Very Convenient
- Every single member of staff we encountered were a delight, so friendly, happy and helpful. We were missing a bathrobe and TV remote from our room and they were delivered promptly and with a smile. The cooked breakfast was variable; nicely cooked bacon and sausages one day and then greasy and under-done the next (different chef at the weekend maybe?). There was plenty of other choice on the buffet so we didn’t go hungry. They had jars of jelly sweets in the lobby area which were topped up daily which was a nice little touch. One thing I did notice was an unpleasant sewer smell in the reception area (the reason I only gave it a 3* otherwise it was very clean) but we spent so little time there that we didn’t get round to mentioning it. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat in the hotel and a nice 20 minute walk along The Rhine takes you into the Altstadt.
- Alles super!
