- The hotel exceeded expectations in all aspects. From the central location to the impeccable cleanliness, great staff, and comfy room. Centrally located allowing easy access to most locations within walking distance. By the way, it’s located next to the train station easing our day trip to nearby locations. Overall highly recommended.

- 1 minute walk from the train station and easy walk to all the main attractions of Strasbourg. A very stylish and cozy room that is nicely decorated. The breakfast is warm and hearty. The staff are friendly and nice. I’ll be back here in the future.
- The lift in the hotel has a secured system meaning everyone can go into the hotel. Cleaning maids do not change your bedsheets every day, I stayed for so long and still using the same bedsheets and quilt cover! Tissue in the tissue box and teabags and instant coffee were only provided on the first day, then emptied with no replacement until you leave.
- On the last day when we checked out, the front desk guy said we need to pay for breakfast we had during my stay that we actually had not had. To be honest, I didn’t even know where the breakfast area of this hotel was located.
- The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is okay. The bedding is good; however, it needs a luggage rack and more chairs or sofas. Would recommend and return for future visits.
