Unveiling Radisson Hotel Aix en Provence: A Mixed Experience
Hotel Details Info
🍽️Best Review Summary
• Service 8.5 • Cleanliness 8.4 • Facilities 8.0 • Value for money 7.7
- This is absolutely not a 4 stars hotel and should not be advertised as such. It’s max a 3 stars hotel, especially with a clogged bathtub, outdated layout, and just bad furniture. So not worth the money.
- Nice hotel with super friendly girl in reception. Beautiful room but bit far to walk to old town.
- They took deposit not returned back cheating; also the room had a very bad smell, and too much aggressive behavior from the receptionist named SIHAM. Not advised for anyone based on my experience; I will not repeat it.
- Laura was the only help here. Room was not clean either day. Maid folded dirty towels & put them on the shelf. No offer of any adjustment & was not aware of parking fees. Hard pillows.
